Imagine a guy like Brandon Moss instead of Manny, you cant tell me that the Red Sox brass wouldnt have waived him the next day. It's pretty sad that just because it's Manny things are dealt with differently. I am disappointed with the way the Red Sox handled that situation. I share some of the same sentiments. I know Shawn Chacon hadn't been pitching that well but that doesn't excuse his actions. The only reason Manny continues to be 'Manny' and gets away with it is because the numbers he puts up.
