Bill is out of his mind!!! With no real outstanding, clear cut favorite for the NL MVP this year, the award should and needs to go to someone on a team that makes the playoffs or at least is in contention, in my mind it is a two person race, Albert and Ryan. Seriously, we shouldnt expect to see the Cards in the playoffs and more than likely the Mets will have a deja-vu implosion, giving the Phils another division title. With Howard having a great September, willing his team into the playoffs, and easily leading in the two power areas I trust voters will overlook the lousy average and give the award to another Phillie for the third year in a row.
