		<description>Ryan Theriot is home grown talent.  He&#039;s not a superstar yet, but a consistent quality player.  One of the better shortstops in the league this year.  I don&#039;t think you can say that Joe Girardi didn&#039;t pan out, just didn&#039;t stay in Chicago for the long haul.  He had a long career and was a key part to the Yankees World Series run.
