(1) R.A. Dickey flutters into the number one spot this week after twirling his second consecutive one-hitter. The knuckleball specialist has not allowed an earned run over his last 42 innings pitched. The 37 year-old leads MLB with a 31.172 Factor12 Rating.
(2) Justin Verlander has regained his 2011 AL Cy Young award form and trails the top spot by a mere .102 points. The Detroit Tigers ace leads MLB with 108.67 IP.
(3) Gio Gonzalez drops one position this week following a solid outing against the Tampa Bay Rays. The left-hander has allowed only 1 HR this season in 84.67 IP.
(4) Matt Cain followed up his perfect game with a mediocre performance against the Anaheim Angels. Despite the sub par outing, the right-hander has recorded a victory in his last eight starts.
