BY ISMAEL NUNEZ

August 26, 2015-Venezuela vs Japan: Throughout the whole game there was good defense and pitching. The score was tied 2-2 going into the 6th inning and then extra innings. Venezuela got one run on a Home-Run on the top of the 8th inning, and added another run with a Home-Run.

Yet Hall of Famer said it best “It isn’t over until its over.” In the bottom of the 8th Team Japan got things started with a Double. Then a Single, then a fielder’s choice, a Double score now 4-3. Intentional walk to load bases, hit by a pitch tying run comes home. Then a Single: Japan wins 5-4!

August 27th2015 Mexico vs Venezuela-Whoever won would get eliminated. Mexico came out swinging as if they were going for a first round knockout. Driving in 11 runs by the fourth inning and ended up shutting out team Venezuela 11-0 getting them eliminated.

August 29th 2015-Mexico/Japan: For the International LITTLE LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP!Talk about pitching duel! Good defense. Both teams did not allow an earned run for 6 innings, Mexico’s pitching staff did not allow a hit until the bottom of the 7th inning.  Yet that was bad news, good news for Japan. An infield single, a double, a strikeout which resulted in an error and the player advancing to first, bases loaded no outs. Then with one out a hit up the middle a chance for a double play failed for Mexico. Japan took advantage, scored the tying run, winning run, and went on to win 2-1, becoming The 2015 INTERNATIONAL LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONS! For Mexico it was a tough loss yet for them to get this far made all of Latin American/Americans proud.
