The mission of the 500 Home Run Club, LLC is to organize, celebrate and put out information about the 24 players in MLB history who have eclipsed the 500 home run mark.
On their website, 500hrc.com , the club has new articles, pictures and links for fans of all of the members of the 500 Home Run Club.

The company recently launched their own Facebook page in order to get the word out about their product to users on the social network. For those BaseballReflections.com readers who might want to check out the group, they can access it through this link: 500 Home Run Club on Facebook.
The Facebook group features some information that can also be found on the club’s website, but also has videos and pictures of the players in the club that range from actual games to commercials featuring the athletes.

The site also features logos for the 600, 700 and 800 home run club members. Just in case readers are wondering, there is no mention of performance enhancing drugs anywhere on the Facebook page even though many of the recent members of the club have had questions about their use of illegal substances.
The club has been endorsed by MLB, the MLB Hall-of-Fame and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum showing that it is more than just a random club. The club’s own website also features products, such as wine, that most would have never associated with the top sluggers in baseball. Also, according to their website, Gary Sheffield needs just one home run to become the 25th members of the site’s club.
