Throughout most of the game both teams failed to connect with men on scoring position. Yet by the 5th Inning California lead 4-3. Yet failed to add more insurance runs on the top of the 5th inning despite having no outs! The big play was a sacrifice fly was hit and then an out at the plate! Double Play! Then Japan came out like a Samurai Warrior.
Shunpei Takagi for Japan did a Sadaharu Oh hitting his second home run for the game tying the game 4-4. Then with a sprit of Ichiro Suzuki, Catcher Ryusei Hirooka with two men on base connected with a single to drive in two runs to put the final score 6-4. The next inning good defense and the LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES TITLE FOR 2013! BANZAI!
