In two World Series Championships with Pittsburgh Pirates 1960, 1971 he showed his performance getting a hit in each game and wowed the Baseball World with his on field performance! Now add straight from Washington Heights: Fellow Latino PEDRO ALVAREZ!

Game 3 At PNC Park in Pittsburgh: Pedro Alvarez came thru with a single to give Pittsburgh to a 5-3 victory! The Home team took a 2-1 games led over the St. Louis Cardinals! The spirit of Clemente was alive and well this past October 6^th 2013.
